Im going to get myself measured properly next week. ive been running since May and now running for even longer. Ive noticed for the last 2 weeks im getting bad hip pain ( probably my ITB as my ankles over pronate = flat feet! ).

Any recommendations? im either going to Up and Running or Running world. Wanted UK recommendations for something that wont cost the earth. get 10% off with my running club membership for up and running so keen to look there.

thanks

    I really like Newton Running.

I use Up & Running in Headingly Leeds and they are very good!

I don't over pronate so can't recommend specific models for that, but I can recommend Brooks shoes generally for road. The ones I use are £85 and I love them, (I rotate 2 pairs, 1 is half a size larger for the long runs).
