Sodium Intake

Options
I really need to reduce my sodium intake. Does anyone have any low sodium/gluten free food ideas or recipes. Any/all input would be appreciated.

I found that most of the 'light' salad dressings are high in sodium

Whole foods are your best bet in my opinion.

I totally agree with this. 5 of my family members are celiac and do non process and gluten free. the best way is to make food yourself! :) then you have nearly 100% control! Good luck! I know it can be hard.

if your going to packaged food check the sodium content beforehand....try and cook as much food as you can to control the sodium in it.... try and buy things that are sodium free then add your own salt to it. try and find nitrate free foods, the less processed the better so fresher foods is best.

I have to watch my sodium.
    Frosted miniwheats have zero sodium.
Also, many low sodium peanut butters are tasty(not crazy about low sodium Jiff).
