Hi , I have been following WW with pts. and not loosing very fast and discovered this site thru one of the forums. Question: For example in wanting to put in my list I found Publix frozen spinich. However we don't have a publis her but anyway I just want it to say SPINICH so when I look I my list I look for S for spinich instead of reading so much to find it. In other words how do I list it in alphabetical order by name of what it is simply s for spinich O for oatmeal ect.

I would start off by just typing "spinach"
If it's a certain brand: Type the brand or style after "Spinach".
example: Spinach Publix
Or
Spinach Walmart frozen.
Myfitnesspal should find it very easily.
If not. try scanning the barcode using the barcode scanner (next to the search field)
If still having problems, read the nutritional values off the label provided on the food item and input them in, using "Create a New Food"
Hope that helps.
