should I work out?

I know this is a silly topic, but should I work out today? i went pretty hard in the gym yesterday and I was wondering if it was okay for me to go back.

    I would if you feel like it. I go 6 days and rest one.

    Sure! I don't know what you did at the gym yesterday but if it was cardio do whatever it is you like doing. If you did some weights and want to do them today just try and use different muscle groups. I get cardio in 6 days a week because I need the calories so I can eat;)!

    ME to 6 days and rest Sundays. I do different things each day tho other than bike I do that daily 40 min. Some days I don't want to but I do and then feel better!

    I workout 6 days a week and have one rest day, usually being Sunday.

    Sure, go back, if you lifted yesterday don't work the same body part, if you did full body you could just do cardio today.
