how many times in a day are u suppose to exercise?? what are some good exercises to do to lose 20lbs by christmas

    Zumba. 45 - 60 min a day. And a healthy diet, of course.
  • Anything cardio. long term weight loss means you need to incorporate weight training unless you keep up with your cardio. but diet and burning extra calories will get you there the quickest.

    Running is a great way to burn loads of calories. If your not a runner you could start with a walking/jogging program. It torches calories fast! The couch to 5K is a great program and there is an app to walk you through each day. Spinning is another sure fire way to burn calories quickly. Really anything that requires you to sweat is great! As far as how often...how often are you working out now? If the answer is none, start with everyother day and build up. I work out at least 5 days a week but like to get in 6.
