CLX cardio

I just tried the first cardio session and I couldn't do it! Is anyone else in the same boat? I not only hated it but it was hurting my knees!

    I liked the strength component of ChaLEAN Extreme, but the cardio days were annoying and they were really hard on my knees too. On cardio days, I would just go for a long, brisk walk instead.

    That's probably why most people hybrid with Turbo Fire.

    I don't mind CLX cardio, but I prefer TurboFire. I'll still do CLX cardio on the days it says, though (I'm doing the hybrid). If it doesn't work for you, do something else. TurboFire, Turbo Jam, run, ride a bike, Insanity, whatever you like to do for cardio.
