    stayed the same! but thats a good thing................ no gain so i'm happy!

    Zumba'd last night but hardly broke sweat... the teachers good but the other women in the class are a lot older (A LOT) and not realy fit (even a bit fit) so I think she scales it down for them. And I get a bit bored. So going to try a different class next week more local to home too.

    Well Cathy...looks like we are about the same gain this week...and I KNOW I did not gain 3 pounds of baby in a week!!! Let's get back to business!! I'm starting to feel much better, so I hope to get back to exercise this week! Maybe tonight I'll start with Yoga, and tomorrow try the strength/cardio workout.

    Hi All, Down 1lb... but I made chilli last night, which is yummy and relatively low cal... but the sodium ... YIKES! So I expect that next week I'll see a good jump... hopefully 2 or 3 lbs... plus TOM has crashed the party :laugh: ... I'm happy... I just need to keep it up!

    Work is driving me INSANE right now... I want to toss my computer out of the window... possibly with some of my co-workers... :wink:
    I need to stay strong... I can't eat this frustration. :explode: :explode: :explode: Sorry - minor vent.

    I gained. I'm not surprised though. I ate like a pig for the past week. I have just lost my motivation and drive. Not just for weight loss, but for life in general. I'm not sure why I'm so down, but I hope I can snap out of it soon. Feeling blah all of the time is just no fun at all.

    Cathy - we can both get ourselves together and try to make next week a move in the positive (or I guess negative, since we want weight loss) direction, right?

    Just a quick hi. Don't know yet if I am going to weigh in as I am not sure I can mentally handle it. Hoping the emotional up and down is PMS. It is the time of year for some severe depression, which means bad eating and no exercising. But trying to fight through it.

    Congrats on any losses. And for any gains? Only a blip in a long line of successes. Keep going!

    weighed this morning and lost a pound!!! tempted to check in with it but also think i should wait and log it properly next week. Although if i check it in now...... i'm more likely to stay on track to ENSURE it is still off next week.

    Hey all!!! So, I decided to make some homemade cupcakes, well, they didn't quite turn out so well, but tasted alright. And since I was craving them anyway, I went ahead and ate some, but realized that was SO NOT WORTH IT!! There went my one cheat night for the week and I wasted it on them! Oh, well, now I know.

    So, I hope everyone is having a great week. I'm doing so so. Taking the kids to a movie night at the Middle school tomorrow night, so gotta get in a quick workout at the gym before I go.

    Well, I'm posting yesterday's weigh-in, because this morning's was worse and it could probably only go up from here. Hubby reminded me my TOM is right around the corner, so (fingers crossed) hopefully that's why. Because it can't possibly be the overeating and lack of exercise. :explode:

    Morning Sixers.

    How is everyone doing?

    I am so proud of myself... I got up early and took both dogs out for a run/walk. We have been taking them out everyday atleast once for a run or long walk... but tonight is girls night so I had to get my a** out of bed @5:30... ewe. Happy I did it - don't think I will ever be a consistent early morning runner... but a couple days a week would be OK with me.

    AFM: Last couple days were not the greatest...I haven't been getting in my exercise! I WILL tonight...at least some yoga! Tomorrow is Race for the Cure 5K...I'm walking it with my mom this year. Hoping it's not too cold! I'm still working on potty training with Kadence...she has ZERO accidents on Wednesday, and just one yesterday...so we are getting closer!

    candycaneps - enjoy. A little nibble here and there while exploring the fair will counterbalance itself.

    AFM:
    I was determined to not chicken out and do the 6-mile outside run yesterday. Always mentally psych myself out the first 1.5, so I decided this time not to look at my watch and time myself, and I ran on the opposite side of the road than usual. It made all the difference. Walked the two big hills, but ran the WHOLE rest of the way, which I have never done. Only had to stop at the lights to cross the stress as I was on the opposite. But it was more entertaining as I got to "people watch" all the cars that were coming in my direction. It was fun. Would love to do it again, but didn't get home until almost 1 a.m. last night from dinner and then got up at 2:30 for work, so hubby says I can only run if I get a nap in before friends coming over tonight. Not enough hours in the day.
