This is a new recipe I just made. It is so moist and yummy. Only 160 cal and 3g fat per piece.
It is saved under the Food section Homemade - Brooke Barack - Awesome corn bread

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c. Splenda for baking (or substitute, there is a substitute that is cheaper, I don't remember the name)
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup non fat vanilla yogurt (I used Dannon light & fit)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp honey

Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix. Pour batter into 9X9" baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Cut into 9 pieces.

to figure out how much it would cost with real sugar, i figure out how much te sugar is, and then just add it right on right? (since im guessing splenda doesnt have any calories?)
