So apparently even if we know of a product or products that can help us along this journey with diet and exercise we are not allowed to post or share what is up with that?? I mean we are here to support each other and the last time I made a post I received e-mails about how I am trying to sell product and that is not what mfp is all about. Well hell if the products are working for me and I am showing results why can’t I share that with my mfp friends and family or others on here in general? I even posted a send me a friend request link and still received e-mails I mean really! : /
