I found a wii game that kicks my butt! I love it! It's the Gold's gym dance workout for the wii, and I have used it twice, (just bought it) and man, do I feel it! Someone else mentioned this game on this site before, and am I grateful! I LOVE IT! I feel it everywhere! In my waist, hips, thighs, arms, shoulders, butt. If anyone is looking for a game that really makes you sweat, I think I've found it! I can not wait to see if I have lost this week. I feel tighter, everywhere!--And sore! Anyone else know any other cool games for the wii, that kick butt? I am ready to start firming up, and regaining my flexibility!

Are the moves easy to follow? I get frustrated and give up when I can't follow along. I do Wii Fit and Walk it Out. WIO is pretty low impact, but it gets your heart rate up and it's fun! Haven't tried any others.

At first, I was a little lost, of course, but then, they have the tutorial section, and a practice clip, if there are moves that u need to focus on, it splits the whole routine apart, and u can focus just on the part that u may be confused on. That's what I've been doing. This was only my second time, and I feel as though I am following along well enough so far, to really feel it, but I think, the more I do it, the better I will get the fancy steps. Lots are basic, but some are tricky, but I just do the move in the "practice section" until I get it. I will look for the game you mentioned too, thank you!

I used EA Active 2 for the Wii for most of this year. Really helped me improve my cardio and strength to a certain level. I'm now off doing strength work separately as Active 2 doesn't help enough, but still use the cardio routines sometimes.
