Which weight do i trust?

I weighed in this morning at 3lbs less than about a week ago. This was first thing in the morning after peeing. It weighed in the same number 3x. I weight again 2 min later at a higher weight of 2 lbs since my last weight in about a week ago. Same scale. I am now weighing in at 1lb more than a week ago after eating today, etc. Should i trust the lower weight or higher weight?

You should weigh ONCE then you won't be confused. Go with the higher number.0

I would go for the lower weight, if you checked it three times!0

Your weight will flux throughout the day especially after eating and drinking the recommended amount of water. Go with your first weight and then weigh yourself at the same time and as close to the same situation as possible every time. So, like right after waking up and going to the bathroom, hop on the scale.0

Do you usually weigh yourself first thing in the morning after peeing? (I know I do! ) If so, that is the weight you should go with. And stop weighing yourself five times a day to make sure! :noway: You will drive yourself crazy. I'm not expert on weight loss, but I am on driving myself crazy!
Congratulations on losing 60 pounds! :drinker:0 -
MFP says to weigh once a week ,on the same day at the same time ..........usually in the morning after peeing and before breakfast in the buff will give your lightest and most accurate weight loss0

I get up, pee, weigh three times (to make sure it isn't a fluke - 99% the same) & then I'm done til the next morning. (if I weigh only once a week I gain) Don't worry about it otherwise. Good luck!

Lol, no scale moving! You want it to always be balanced the same & make sure it is level too!
