This is my first day and my calorie intake is to be no more then 1200. I have eaten all I will for the day and my calories are at 1112. I am uner 80 calories, but my protein, fat and everything else it measures for you is excatly where it should be. Does anyone have any ideas for me on what I can eat to add claories, but nothing else?
My day consisted of Breakfast: Meal Replacement Shake.
Lunch: Slad with grilled chicken and alittle shreeded cheese and an apple.
Almonds for a snack.
Dinner: Green Beans with grilled chicken and alittle parmesan cheese. Also had a pickle today.
Maybe I should not worry about the 80 calories I am short, but I do not want to stull my weight loss. Any suggestions would be great and Thanks in advance.

Congrats on joining, you're doing awesome for your first day. I still struggle to get everything all lined up. 80 calories under for one day isn't likely to be totally destructive to your body. You should be fine, don't force feed yourself.0

I would pop a few more almonds or some protein-rich food - or a piece of fruit. Going over in protein is usually a good thing, going over in fiber is fine as long as you're adding water.
I think this website has a low number for protein anyways and I always shoot for higher than they suggest.
Otherwise, 80 isn't too bad, especially if you eat it tomorrow, but I try to shoot for 1200-1300 net.0 -
yes I'd agree 80 calories isn't too bad, you can't eat anything that won't have any carb, protein or fat at all. If I had to add something, I would go with a protein snack, maybe a hard boiled egg or something like that.0

I agree, I would go with more almonds. And I also always try to go over on protein and fiber and drink tons of water of course. Congrats on joining and good luck!0
