Vegan cookbook suggestions?

Can anyone recommend a good vegan cookbook? I'm trying to eat a more plant based diet and I'm bored with my normal stuff. I'm not much of a cook so something with simple (but delicious) recipes is what I need.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Well, to be honest I just got this book so I haven't actually cooked anything from it yet but the recipes look amazing and it has good reviews: Appetite for Reduction by Isa Chandra Moskowitz.
