A 7 day challenge, you up for it?!?!

OK so I usually eat really great Monday-Sat...or great for me (which usually means a totally healthy morning and afternoon, then at night its not as great but I rarely go over on cal) but on my days off I eat WHATEVER I want and I am starting to get annoyed with myself! I do INSANITY and its really changing my body but I know I would see SO MUCH more improvement if I could make my eating skills better, so here is a challenge for myself and EVERYONE who wants to join! (No closed groups for me.)
OK so starting today (or tomorrow its whatever is best for you) I want to:
-Work out a minimum of 40 minutes per day
-Eat 80% clean, unprocessed foods
-NO going over on sodium! (hard for me!!)
-NO going over on sugars! (very hard for me!)
-Not go over on calories
-Only drink alcohol on one night ( I live in Vegas so this is a toughie lol)
For 7 days! I think I can do this and if you want to do it with me then please do! It helps to do things with others so maybe this will give me the push I need in the right direction!

Im definetly in, starting today!!! Yes, sodium is my thing too, and it seems you dont consume that many, but after looking at the negative numeration, your like "Holly cow!!" lol0

I am so in.
It is amazing after adding everything up how much you go over on carbs. The not going over sugar is going to be very hard for me, but if other people have the will to get through it, I sure will try!0 -
Yeah sugars and sodium just always creep up on me, so i am starting small (7 days) to see if I can do it! I know I can if i really try!
I am going to post back on here every day with how many of the goals I completed, so far today I worked out so I finished that goal, but still have a lot of my day left and I have to work tonight which is my downfall. I work in a restaurant and its SO hard not to eat everything they offer!!!0
