I started myfitnesspal back in mid-May. I was refered to this site by my doctor, who used it himself to lose weight. Well I am proud to say that I have lost 81 lbs so far & my goal weight is in easy reach now. To all you that are just joining, keep at it & your awareness of what your putting in your body will grow as you shrink!

Good luck to you, I know I'm thankful I started it. My wife is now starting it & I can already see the results.
