I'm Proud to Say

I'm proud to say that I did well today! Did not binge on junk food, and for lunch had a whole grain turkey sandwich w/avocado and tomato with a side of fresh veg and ranch! Go me! I also have a short term goal this week of going to the gym 3 x this week.
