    Depends upon my craving, but mostly sweet. I still crave the white potato sometimes but mostly it's because you can't find sweet potato tator tots. ;)

    (By the way, I never had sweet potatoes prepared any way except with marshmallows and brown sugar until a couple years ago, and for the first time, I liked them! LOL! They weren't sickeningly sweet.)

    Ore Ida makes sweet potato tots now. I don't know how healthy they are but I'm sure they arent horrible if they are baked.

    Wow. Am I going to be the only one? I absolutely HATE sweet potato fries! Love sweet potatoes, but hate the fries. I have tried them sweet, sour, with and without ketchup. I just don't like them! Regular fries for me, but please bake them instead of frying!
