Best Gluten Free Foods

I finally found out I have a gluten intolerance the other day. I normally eat pretty much primal --- meat, fruit, veggies, nuts, eggs, cheese... but there are cases where I would have a little bit of bread/wraps/etc to complete the meal/recipe...

So far I have had gluten free bread (I think it was Udi's) and pasta (tinkyada spaghetti), and honestly they seemed the same to me as normal bread and pasta do. Also love the blue diamond nut thins with natural GF peanut butter.

What are your favorite gluten free products/brands (pasta, bread, etc)??

Favorite recipes??

I don't eat any of those products any longer because even eating them I was headed toward diabetes. My fasting blood sugar numbers kept rising.

However, if you really want that stuff, then UDI's is a good brand. Kinninnick makes some good tasting products. The Glutino pizzas were tasty. Amy's rice mac & cheese is really tasty. Glutino's regular crackers taste just like Ritz. Pamela's cookies are to be avoided at all costs because you will not be able to stop until you have eaten the entire box. I've taken Bob's Red Mill brownie mix to potlucks and no one ever knows it's gluten-free.
