Hi everyone. My daughter introduced me to this site and it's really great. I'm here because I need to get more honest with myself about my diet and you have a great tool here for doing that. I'm also looking for ways to re-energize myself as I've recently retired (I like to call it rewired) and I'm just ready to live more fully than I have been.
