I am new to myfitnesspal & I have been working out at KoKo Fit Club for a while. I can figure out how to post the treadmill exercise but not the 30 minute strength training. It varies each time but seems to burn about 200 calories each time. Any suggestions on how to record it?

  • under weight training and if the calories you burn are different than what it says u can manually change it.
