Ab workouts....

I've heard back and forth on Ab workouts about how often it should be done...I was told by a trainer that I could do ab workouts everyday...but then I always hear the, "you should only do them every other day"...

What do any of you do where this is concerned?

I've done it everyday but would hit them a little different each day and didn't notice a difference between doing them everyday or every other day....

    Like you, I have heard not to do them everyday. I believe you could balance your core workouts with the other workouts you do. By including resistance training and watching diet, I think it would be hard not to attain the good results you are seeking.

    I do short ab work outs when I have time and that is in addition to my work out routine. I didn't notice a difference between doing them every day and every other day either.
