Completed day 1 - interesting

I completed day 1, although I never thought I was a salt eater OR a sugar eater my chart shows something different. I think I need to remove my newly found jam as that brought me over at breakfast, and my new soup at lunch did me in on salt. I will change that tomorrow! What I found even more interesting was my protein. I ate more then I was suppose to how bad is this?

Getting to much protein is not something to worry about
Congrats on your first entry! It's so fun to learn things you never realized you were putting into your body. Knowledge is power, I suppose!0 -
Don't worry about eating too much protein, unless you are on a VERY HIGH protein diet wherein you would have to drink lots and lots of water to protect the kidneys...
as to being over on your vit C & A.....Your body gets rid of any that you are over on...It only uses what is needed and gets rid of the excess....
Look for sugar free jam...such as Polaners brand....(my favorite brand for natural fruit jam)0 -

hey, i completed my first day yesterday and yes was over protein too, which i found really strange as we have a 'meatless monday' in our house, oh well you learn a little more everyday0
