    No matter what ideas you have about what your body SHOULD look like, it’s more about how you respect your body at the starting point. There’s always a way to criticize or judge yourself – but what’s the point? Ask yourself, “Why do I need to focus on that?” You would never nitpick your friends, so why would you do it to yourself? You need to ask yourself when it became OK to constantly berate, judge, and find fault with yourself. - Bob Harper
