i try and do turbo jam at least 3x a week and ima start soon on the weekends the 30 day shred. i wanna get in the habit of working out most days if not everyday for at least 20 minutes. lovee turbo jam0

I love turbo too! It's the only exercise I've found that I really truly love! But I think shred is more effective and you see results faster so combine them and whala! A great rotation0
