So I've been slowly falling off the bandwagon and now I'm trying to get back on it by making some small weekly or daily goals.
So far my fitness plan is:
- Insanity 3 x week
- Ab workouts (abs from Insanity and Chalean Xtreme) 3 x week
- Yoga 2 x a week maybe? Or maybe add that in once I've been doing Insanity and abs consistently for a couple weeks...
For food wise:
- Start getting 6-8 cups of water
- Try snacking healthier (one whatever fruits or veggies I have)
- Drinking green smoothies at least 4 times a week (usually have one after working out)
So far that's my plan to get back on track. I've been really bad with the water and healthy food lately...I don't shop enough to constantly have fresh produce so I don't eat as many fruits or vegetables as I should.

Sounds great. Isanity is a great workout. I did Insanity after I finished P90X twice. Good luck.0

My base is a handful of spinach, some milk and some orange juice and a banana. then I add whatever else I want...frozen fruit (pineapple or strawberries or whatever else), homemade yogurt and some ground flaxseeds.0 -
