Just wanted to say good morning and hi. I'm new here. I've been here for about a week. I'm having alot of trouble losing that last 30lbs. I was on another program since 2007, got to my current weight and just stopped getting results. I really love this program so far. I'm looking forward to talking to all of you and getting and giving advice. I'm on my way to a morning walk on the treadmill. Getting started is the hardest part right? See you all later!!!

Welcome! Great way to start the first day (week) of your new journey!! Sounds like you are ready and have a great, positive attitude.
