Hi there my name is chrisitine and i have been doing this dieting thing for a while now even though it seems like years lol. When i first started I was 16 stone and I am now 13st 11. I do the insanity workout Monday to Friday and have the weekend off but I seem to have stopped losing weight now and its more inches which is fine but I would like to get to 11stone so that is why I am on here to see if I am eating more than I should be and so far I am eating less which is maybe the problem but its so frustrating lol glad i found this page might tell me something that I dont already know lol.

    Christine - you need to find out what your basal metabolic rate is - multiply it with 1.2 and that is what you should eat. Here is a link to the mayo clinic website where there and the calculator http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/calorie-calculator/NU00598

    You should be able to adjust the calorie counter into your personal information here - so you can use it in your food log.
