How would I add homemade quiche to my food tracker? It is a roasted pumpkin, bacon and leek quiche.

If you made it homemade then when you log food you might see RECIPE...click on that and add your recipe..it will tell you a serving size's nutritonal info...if you didn't make it then add each ingrediant separately...or look for a similar food in the data base ie...leek and spinach quiche etc0
