I am 57 years old and about 7st over weight. Just put on 4st after giving up smoking 4 years ago and just could not shift it. I went to weight watchers last year and lost 3st but I have put half it back on. I used to count cals many years ago and it worked then so I hoping it will work now. My down fall is the couple of glasses of red in the evening. Started the Gym 4 months ago and have only lost one pound. So I am hoping by counting everything that goes into my mouth will make the difference. Wish me luck I just want to fell good about myself again. I only hope at my age I can conquer this weight issue once and for all.
