When I started loggng everything and saw how little exercfise calories i was actually doing....and how much I was actually eating, things started changing...I started getting alot of extra exercise calories and thought surely if I do not eat them it would mean faster weight loss. WRONG. Then I started reading the posts and the threads on eating the calories and started doing that and enjoying the extra food from the exercise and BINGO...I have more energy AND the weight is coming off...have lost over 4 inches from the spare tire...its all good so EAT THOSE EXTRA CALORIES...your body deserves them and will reward you.

I agree. I don't know how people are going through without eating them. I was confused about it at first but read a great post about it on here last night. 1200 calories is the bare minimum to live on. If you are adding in exercise, you must eat MORE! thanks for sharing.0

Thank you. Most new people get concerned and don't eat enough. Think of it as fuel for a car. No fuel, no car. Eat those calories. And exercise. The weight will be automatically down and down. I just met my doctor a few weeks ago and she said I recommend young women to have no less than 1500 calories. So, yeh, 1200 cals is too little. There is no need to go down by that much. Your body will soon start to feel tired and cranky. Enjoy the exercise calories. They are there to be enjoyed0
