Exercising while sitting down? NEED IDEAS!

Hello everyone,
I am a full time law student and my schedule is divided between school, studying at home and working part time at a law firm. Eventhough I do hit the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours a day, I feel like the time I spend sitting down at a desk is a huge waste for my body because I am such an active person!
Would you have any suggestions of exercises that I could do while sitting down? I've heard about the ball, but that's just not an option for me...Imagine how weird I would look at work if someone walked by my office and saw me sitting on a ball on my chair! haha
Thanks a lot!

I do chair dips. you can also search for 'chair workout' on youtube, there's more0

Do you have toning bands???? There are tons of things you can do sitting if so!!0

I think anyone walking past your office noticing you exercising would be awkward. Or maybe you can utilize them as spotters!0

I keep 2 free weights at desk at home. one for doing curls and vertical presses and another heavier one for doing triceps. I know there also those stationary bike pedals that sit on the floor. it sounds a little cliche but, You could also try a thigh master?

I think you are supposed to sit on a large ball by itself, using it as the chair. This helps to strengthen your core. I can't imagine that that would look any sillier than chair dips or any other exercise you can do in your chair. And most importantly- who cares? It's your body, your desk, your chair. No one else's business. Lol! Good luck!!0 -

Put your tush at the edge of your chair... hold on to the seat... lean back slight using your abs not your back to hold you up.... slowly pick your feet together up off the knees bent bringing them up toward your chest slow and slowly lower back down to the floor....if this is not enough use a 5 lb weight ball between your feet0

I bought a Gold's Gym upper & lower exerciser from Walmart. It's under $30 and slips easily under my desk to act like a recumbent bike. Also try sitting on an exercise ball ($10 - $20) instead of your desk chair to build back muscles and tone your legs.0

I know they make pedal exercisers that are like an exercise bike, but just the pedals that can fit under a desk. They are pretty reasonable too. I know Brookstone has them, you can probably get them other places too.0
