Hi guys and gals, First off some general information.
I am a 23 Y/O male, 6 Ft high and I weight 130 Kilos (About 286 pounds) I live in Uppsala Sweden and I am trying to lose as much weight as I can in the next 8 months before I see my family again.

My goal is to lose 30 Kilos (66 pounds) in the next 8 months, I have no health issues and I am in decent enough physical shape. (One of my fun things to do is the dance machine, here is a very old video for those who do not know what it is,

The main thing I need is help with my exercises and food intake, I find that I do not have any idea what to do, I have my own gym in the house that has a bike, threadmill, epileptic machine and weights but I don't know how to best use them and I do not know what to do exercise wise aside from push ups, sit ups and squats.
My exercise I do is about a 5k walk every day, an hour in the gym and I also play in the groove (the dance machine) twice a week.
