Hi

I really, REALLY do not feel at all that I am depriving myself of food. I feel really full right now, I had a good breakfast. But with my calories from exercise and after inputting what I'm going to have for lunch, I have 400 left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because I feel full I find it really difficult to consider what else on top of what I'm eating/going to eat for tea.

should I eat my exercise calories if I'm not even hungry?! I'll feel like I'm not trying to diet if I add anything else onto my food list today. I had a nice wholemeal sandwich with a cuppa soup for lunch, one piece of toast and some cereal for breakfast...stir fry for tea...

Yes, add calories. Have an apple with luch, a yogurt with breakfast and a few snacks through the day. The point is you SHOULDN'T feel like you're depriving yourself. Your body needs a certain amount off calories to function.
