Body pump friends to help me stay motivated :)

I'm 23 and looking to tone up before my cruise in 6 weeks. I'm already a healthy weight and body fat pertcentage. Just looking to keep up with my routine. I do body pump, cx works, and elliptical interval training. I love to try new recipes with lean protein, lots of veggies, complex carbs and an emphasis on whole foods.

    Whole foods are foods that are minimally processed such as fresh vegetables, whole grains and meats ( the less ingredients on the label the better). I like knowing what is in my food and that I'm eating foods full of nutrients - not synthetic fillers.
