Wheat Toast or Bagel with Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
1 slice of wheat toast (or 1/2 a bagel)
1 tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese
Instructions:
Place the cottage cheese on top of the toast, spread and enjoy.
Comments: This is a great alternative to higher-fat / higher calorie spreads like cream cheese or butter or other stuff. If you want to get fancy, put some sliced fruit on top too. This is an awesome recipe for the cooking challenged as well (if you can make toast and work a spoon, you're all set).
