Start your day with the right mix of carbs, fats, and protein. Each of these breakfasts contains about 349 calories, 23% fat, 60% carbs, and 17% protein.


• The P 'n' B Waffle: 1 whole-grain frozen waffle topped with 1 tbs. peanut butter
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup calcium- and vitamin D-fortified orange juice


• Breakfast Burrito: 1 8-inch flour tortilla filled with 1 scrambled egg (use vegetable spray in a nonstick pan), 1 ounce low-fat cheese, 2 tbs. salsa, 1 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
• 3/4 cup cantaloupe
• Cafe latte: 1 cup 1% milk and espresso or French roast coffee (optional: sugar substitute)
