My journey to better health started on September 5th. On my first day, I took my resting heart rate and found it to be high average of 80. This morning, 6 weeks later, my resting rate was 62! Even though the weight has been slow to come off at times, I know that what I am doing is having a positive impact on my overall health.

    Now THERE'S a motivator! That type of victory is the biggest, most important. Congrats and keep it up! it can only get better from here! :happy:
