Ladies work-out (men welcomed)

Hi girls,

I was just having a look at different work outs to ask for Christmas and I came accross this one.. and this one just shocked me.. lol

Aimed mainly at ladies, given that I don't think a bloke would attempt to do the work out in the link...

Has any one of you tried it and does it work?. I love the moves and I would like to learn to dance them.. but as a Work out.. is it effective?

The one that I know it works and it's very effective is ending up with my knees.. so I need something less hardcore on my knees.. but you're welcome to try it.. it does wonders and you end up fit. I usually only do the cardio, the toning and the abs, without forgetting the warm up.. I didn't like the boxing, too much jumping. Anyone, link below if you're up for a new challenge

She also mentions the fact of YOU HAVE TO WEAR HEELS... which makes sense if you're planning later to dance it in the disco.. lol.. but the Corset too? lol.. well, for sure corsets that I have of the kind make me weigh pounds less the day after a night out.. they just make you sweat and sweat! lol.. but I can't picture myself at home dressing like that to make the work out. (But certainly my hubby would love to find me dress like that when he arrives home!:D)

Well.. to the point.. is it effective?

Also.. which other workouts do you do that burn fat fast but aren't too hard on the knees? or not too much jumping... as my knees hurt a bit from my usual work out which is very effective, but I love dancing and I was planning of doing both at the same time. Which ones do you recommend?

    I have Flirty Girl Fitness Videos which pretty much do the same thing. When I have done the workout video beginning to end, I feel sore in the morning, so I know it is effective!
