I just started Insanity Day 1 yesterday and love it, everything hurts but day 2 here I come. Here is my question to Insanity users - how should I track it in the exercise tracker? There isn't anything specific to Insanity.

Hello. I just bought a heart rate monitor (Polar FT4) so I can keep track of cals and then create an exercise titled with what workout you completed. Good luck!0

Create your own entry.
This if you have a HRM you can put in the calories burned. If you don't have a HRM you could try entering it as "aerobics high impact"0 -
Exactly. Add it as a Cardio exercise.
Ex: "Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit" calories burned, workout time.
The only reason I recommend adding the program name beforehand is because it will automatically alphabetize your program list. Plus, it makes it easier the next time you do that workout. Just click it, input your info, and hit add.0 -
Thanks everyone......High Impact is an understatement
I refuse to give up....Like Jim Carey said in Liar Liar " I'm kicking my own *kitten*"!!!!
