So I was wondering can anyone give me some good healthy food suggestions that I would like. I am kind of a picky eater I don't like too many vegetables. I've been working out on the 30 day shred for 10 days and my weight has stayed the same for about a month now. I want to start doin some other cardio too but its not gonna work if my diets not right.

Ok, so what are you currently eating? What don't you eat/like? It's kind of hard to give suggestions if you don't tell us what you won't eat or what you are currently eating...0

I am currently jus watchin my portion sizes. I'm from the south so I love some fried chicken mashed potatoes gravy corn peas all that stuff that's bad for you. I like shrimp and fish. I'm just not too much on broccoli, cabbage, carrots, or just pretty much any kind of leafy greens. I will eat salads but I'm not a big fan.0
