Hello All,
I went back and read some of the older posts and I couldn't find the answer to my question so I apologize in advance. As you lose weight, does the amount of calories that you need to intake adjust automatically?
Thanks for the help!!!!!

Yes, as long as you go to your home page, go to settings and update your diet/fitness profile. When your new weight is in there your calories will be adjusted. But it's automated and you may find at some point that you need to start playing with the numbers yourself to find what works.0

It adjusts with every 10 lbs you lose. You'll get a message about it when you drop your first 10:flowerforyou:0
