I have been a member of this site for about 2 years now. I initally lost weight but it came back. My biggest problem with losing weight is my job. I drive an hour to and from work. thats 2 hours of just sitting. I have a 9 hours at work where I can walk around a little. The biggest problem is the food. we cater in food just about everyday for meeting. None of it is healthy. and I can't track it here because I don't know what's in it.

I started tracking my calories again a week and a half ago. I lost 13 lbs in that time. Hopefully I can make a few friends here that can keep me on track.
