I need a recipe for lunch!! Something with brown rice...Help!!!!!:ohwell:0

Whip up a peanut sauce with a little peanut butter, soy sauce, hot water, chili paste (if you like spice), lime juice, and a little brown sugar. Toss diced chicken in it, then cook the chicken (remove from sauce). Pour sauce and any veggies you like in the pan and cook until they're done (I like blanched green beans, bell peppers, and onions). Add the chicken back to pan then pour over rice. Mmmm... This was a quick "what the heck do I have to make for dinner" thing that I threw together a few weeks ago and my boyfriend has decided it's his new favorite dish ever. He even had me teach him how to make it last night!!!0
