Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on these. i have a Vibrostation which I feel i do feel like there is a bit of toning going on there, but does anyone know if you can calculate an approximate calorie burn rate?? Any thoughts welcome :)

    Calories burned on these? NONE!

You are not raising your heart rate at all, therefore no calories are burned

They do however help toning the muscles.

I used them at my old gym, but to see any difference would cost an arm and a leg as it was £3 each time for 10 minutes so I just stuck to working out!

The can work with strength training and there are studies to prove it. And "toning" is such an incorrect term. Your muscle is either conditioned or it's not. You can "tone it up" by conditioning it, but there isn't a really such as thing as being "toned". Semantics, maybe but to me that's like calling a muscular person "muscly".
  • fair point well made lol. Sorry for incorrect term, I am not very clued up on this stuff so it is all a learning curve. Thanks for input tho worth knowing :)
