I am a total addict. I cannot go a few hours without logging in. I love the food diary. I am always looking at how to improve my diet. I sometimes log food that I even haven't eaten yet. I cannot wait until I get home from work to log my food and exercise so login at work. Don't know if I can get in trouble for this but I cannot help myself. I also feel a high when I save calories. Don't know why but my daily calories is like money to me. I always ask myself if that food is worth that amount of calories. I had a quad mocha today and it just wasn't worth the calories. I will never drink another mocha. MFP is a life saver for me. I wish I had found it sooner than I did.
All addicts feel free to add me as a friend.

Yup! You've completely described me in a nutshell! I love having work outs and logging the calories. Straight after a meal, or even as I';m preparing it, I log my calories. If I don't log on once a day and read the forums I find it's easier for me to slip into having "bad" days.If I'm unsure what to eat - I'll plug in the calories before even deciding and see if it's worth having!
For the record, MFP is SO much better than facebook or twitter! haha0 -
Yeah, That's me! please count me in:drinker:0

Oooooh, yes....definitely ME! I am constantly on at work (as a matter of fact, I'm "working" right now, haha).....I've gotten 10 of my friends to join the site...I am obsessed!0
-
totally. I am on it off and on all day at work and then love planning out my day each morning (i do better that way).0

I answered yes to every question. I tell everybody about this web site. I think people must think I'm deranged. If someone asks me how I lost weight I tell them about MFP. I would love to be your friend.
That sounds just like me! I already have SO hooked and my best mates as well!!0 -
Heehee... totally know what you mean! Facebook doesn't get a look in nowadays.
Love MFP, love encouraging my friends, noting down my diary for food and exercise. I'm addicted.

totally. I am on it off and on all day at work and then love planning out my day each morning (i do better that way).
Same here! I plan the night before so I can have it all ready for the next day. I keep everything in a certain drawer in the fridge/freezer/cabinet, that way I tell myself I can only eat what is in those 3 drawers0 -
I think that ship has long sailed... I'm currently in class and browsing the boards0

I just joined last week and I'm totally addicted.0

I log on to MFP first thing in the morning and just leave it up all day. I constantly check it and rush home every day to log in my exercise. My trainer told me about this site and I've told everyone I know. I also started following MFP on Twitter and liked them on Facebook0

My name's Anita and I'm addicted!!!
Oh it's such a relief to know I'm not the only one!!
Love this site, got the app on my phone and I too tell anyone who will listen how I've been losing weight!0 -
Well, I don't ever log out lol. I keep all my windows open and just put my comupter in sleep mode. When I wake it up my page is still open, logged in and ready to go. For me this makes it a lot harder for me to "forget" to log in and track my food0

Me, me, me! I love it! It's so great and keeps me motivated all the time! Just love it!0

Yep, I have been on for 30 days and have become a MFP addict. It's totally replaced my previous Facebook addiction. Not sure if that's necessarily a good thing but oh well, it's got to be a healthier choice physically!0
