A little different Tuna Salad only 20 carbs
It's not for everyone of course, but I found it to be really yummy, and fills me up for most of the day.
1/2 cucumber
1/3 Dreamfields penne pasta
1 tomatoe
1/2 onion
1tbs mince garlic
4 tbs of lighthouse balsamic dressing
2 slices of provolone cheese diced.
1/2 lime
1/2 avocado
1can Tuna "very low sodium" Gold can in water.
2 marinated artichoke hearts (if like)
Best served cold!
