Slim in 6 Questions

Hey everyone! I know that there are a lot of threads going on about Slim in 6 (though most of them are your results, which are fabulous!), but I had a few specific questions. I'm 21, about 20 pounds overweight, and an asthmatic. I haven't really ever "worked out" hard, aside from the sweat/sculpt 1-2 of Tony Horton's Power 90, and I'm hearing mixed reviews of the Slim in 6 series. Some that I've read say that it is really intense, gets your heart rate up high, and is a quality workout. Others say that it doesn't do any of that. What have your experiences been like? I don't want to begin this program if it starts out on a high-intensity level... I'd do another round of P90 first (or something similar). I have heard that people can get incredible results in a small amount of time, though, so if that's the case, and it isn't too high-intensity, I'd like to try. What was your diet like for these 6 weeks? I live on a college campus, so a lot of my food is limited to what they serve in the cafeteria. Was it very strict, or was it your basic "eat healthy" advice? Also, what did you do after the Slim in 6 program? Did you use another Beachbody product, at home product, or did you join a gym?
