Injured my underside

Options
So I injured my inner side on my left under my arm doing military press yesterday. Anyone have an tips to make it feel better? I mean its only really sore if I move it in certain potions should I avoid lifting weights? Or should I stick to just cardio for now till it's better? Also any tips for helping it move along with the injury to heal faster?

I pushed myself yesterday doing 130lbs over head after jump roping so I was fatigued.

    since it sounds more injured than tight..i would say ice it. rest it up too....leave the shoulders out for a bit and maybe do some other upper body things and also lower body and cardio.

    I was able to do push ups this morning no problems I felt it a bit but when it comes to lifting things over head it hurts. Also what would be lower body? Like sit ups?
