Hello All! I just twisted my foot playing flag football tonight and now I have no idea what I can do to get a calorie burn that doesn't apply pressure to my feet in someway or another. I have been doing step, walking, biking, and martial arts and with no pool because it's autumn I don't know what to do. Please help.

Pilates? Just have to be careful on some of the moves like downward dog and such. You can modify it though to make it work for you
Hope you heal quickly!!

Why not some type of strength training like lifting weights or ab workouts? I know you don't burn as many calories with strength training as when doing cardio but at least you'll be burning something and still getting in a good ab/arm workout!0
