I am alloted 45 grams of protein and i usually go over it. Its just after lunch now and i have already gone over it by 3 grams. I know this is good with weight lifting, but i've not started weight lifting yet. any thoughts? thanks

    I don't worry about going over on protein or fiber. i just focus on calories, fat, and sodium! So far, that has worked for me. The more protein I eat the less hungry I am! :flowerforyou:

    Me three. And I watch my carbs too - try to stay within range there... However, I'm usually not WAY out of range on my protien...
